60th Anniversary of Berlin Airlift 1948 / 1949
These ceremonies were organizised by the Allied Museum.

Guests were American, British & French veterans,
4 Star General, Roger Brady, Commander of USAFE,
4 Star General, Arthur J. Lichte, USAF, Commander, Air Mobility Command,
Mr. Edzard Reuter (son of the legendary Lord Mayor of Berlin,
Ernst Reuter), several military & civilian VIPs & invited Berliners
---Reinhard, here are two recent photos. This is the class that I was ask to speak to today about your website and all about the Berlin Airlift, which was what they were having class on, at this time. There was a big computer screen, that was used during the presentation. They all got to touch the pieces of the Berlin Wall you sent. You can see the boy holding up one of the pieces, he was so happy. The teacher, Ms. Sara Roberts, was so glad, and enjoyed the history of Berlin Air Lift, also your website to teach the class by. This is the first time Ms. Sara had seen your website, and she loved it, also she seen her husband on the website, State Representative, Jay Roberts. Reinhard, this might be the first time your website has ever been used in a class room, to teach here in the USA, or any where. We also had your books, 'Growing up with American GIs' and 'The Border Patrol', that the kids looked at, but they forgot to hold them up in the photos. All I can say is your website is in our school, and I help give it to the class.
